I don't want to use a big paintball mask, so I can aim down the sights easily.
I was thinking of using goggles (obviously) and something to protect my teeth/lower face. What will work well?

I found this Neoprene mask that looks somewhat sturdy but I have no idea what neoprene is or if it will work well.

neoprene is basically a flexible rubber synthetic. I dont know how that would work for a mask.
Neoprene is still somewhat protective of BBs. But the one complaint I have about neoprene is that it doesn't breathe real well. You will get hot very quickly. I'm talking about the sides of the mask that is up around the jaw and cheek that don't have holes. I would recommend getting some googles and a mouth guard that molds to your teeth. And you can walk off any jaw hits. ;-)

Start here, start saving

Nurses should start by sitting down and figuring out where they currently stand financially and how much money they will realistically need for retirement, said Cassandra Chandler, MBA, a certified financial planner and author of The Retirement Game for Nurses. Then, they should account for Nursing Schools in New Mexico
family members that may need care and financial support. If you haven’t started a retirement account, contact your employer to get information on signing up for your employer-sponsored plan. According to the Fidelity study, 81 percent of the nurses said they do participate in their workplace savings plan.
