They should have a summer camp for teens from 13 to 16. They should have games and go over tactics.Fighting0008Fighting0021Fighting0021Fighting0021
why 13- 16? why not everyone?
I guess just for kids to meet each other and make friends. Or just because kids that age are usually of Noob status in airsoft and have no idea what there doing with there springers. For the record I do think this is a good idea, and I'm 15

I started in 5th and got my gun in 6th and now i am in7th
Same, I'm turning 13 in March and that sounds really cool. Would it matter that I am a 9 month-softer? Would semi experienced teens be banned, or what? But the concept is really cool.

It wouldnt matter if you are only a 9 month softer.
Ok i like the idea but... there are a lot of questions to throw on the table

1. is it an overnight camp?
2. if not is food provided (usually food is a given on an overnight)
3. how long does it last (2 days- 1 week is usually perfect discount sunday for the religous folk)
4. how much does it cost?
5. are training weapons provided? this would increace the cost
6. who is training? this could greatly effect the cost
7. what is going to be tought and is it the same thing every week or different things each week
8. how many people can you put in each course?
Here is how I would run it if I were in charge (which I'm not, so don't become attached to what I'm saying):

1. Most likely not
2. Possibly, it may be up for a couple bucks
3. probably a weekend thing, maybe like once a month for a whole weekend. Sunday could start at, say 1. That's enough time to go to mass, church, etc.
4. Maybe like $50 bucks, $60 if bb's are provided, $65 for bb's and food.
5. Maybe if you needed a rental gun, but if you could bring your own gun, that would be greatly appreciated.
6. Anyone who VOLUNTEERS, meaning a paid professional (minus an employee) wouldn't have to effect the cost.
7. First day: Basic weapons training and loadout explanation. (how to aim, proper gear set-up, etc.)
Second day: More advanced airsoft tactics (how to manuever, teamwork, simple tactics, know your limits, etc. and etc.)
Last day: End the training in an end-of-the-week casual operation. teamwork will be tested, tactics will be summed up and implemented to reach your goal: *insert prize for winning team here*
8. Maybe 60-80 per session

If you ever did this, I would love to volunteer to be an assistant or squad leader for the final game. I would be happy to go anyways, haha.
I would also like to be an instructor or whatever, if this happens, it seems like a good idea.
