Hey guys. So if you haven't seen my bio, I am in the process of starting a church with my dad. This process began about 10 years ago when my dad started fiddling around the idea of starting one.

In the church starting world, we call this 'church planting'.

It wasn't until about 2 and half years ago when we actually started to put things together. We came from a little town in upstate New York called Cobleskill.

From there we came to the Oakley area to plant a church (hopefully) in the the Norwood/St. Bernard/Elmwood area.

We have successfully partnered with an organization called the Christian and Missionary Alliance. It's a legit group who will start funding us sometime in the next month.

Our biggest hurdle right now is not so much money as it is stuff. We have been going from church to church around the country to see if they have anything that they would like to donate to us.

This is why I'm telling you this; we need stuff.

Stuff includes coffee pots, folding chairs, audio/video, and people.

That sounds really awesome! i've attended two local churches since my birth Earlanger Baptist (the church is falling apart spiritually sadly) and Calvary baptist church in latonia kentucky adjacent to the church they have this HUGE warehouse filled with all sorts of goodies for a church fake flower arangements, i think coffie pots and the like, but i do not believe that they have folding chairs though try to call and ask for Jeff Davenport (senior pastor) but good luck with your equipment hunting and God bless... -HCM
