Ok...I broke down and bought another one. I thought it was a good quality gun...I have shot a grand total of three clips through it between breaking!! I have already sent it back once...they said they replaced the piston and bearings...now its down for the count again. Does anyone know what can be done to this gun to make it worry free? I have 11 guns...all ICS, JG, Echo 1, DPMS Panther Arms, Swiss Arms, Cybergun...and have not had one break yet!!!...what gives with Classic Army?

Every one I've had was complete junk. with stay G&P G&G even Echo 1 JG Dboy are becoming twice the guns of Classic Army

I can only say what I have read about the CA25, and that is: it is a larger framed gun and uses a larger sized magazine... Makes me think it is a one off type gun. Sadly this is just my opinion as I have not seen one, but if it is basically an oversized or one off, I would not own it. Kind of like buying a one of a kind Car... it is a show piece not a working driving vehicle. Again this is IMHO.

try selling all your guns and getting a nice Tokyo Marui.

I have a couple TM AEGs...I actually like a one of my JGs better!!

Now dont go saying all classic army guns are bad, Ive had a CAM249 MKII for about half a year now and it has'nt had one problem. Quite possibly the best gun Ive ever had. But Ive seen that particular model before. A friend of mine had one and it broke within the first month. That gun itself probably isn't the best.

I think (this is my opinion) Airsoft guns are like some cars... you get good ones and bad ones in every bunch from every manufacture. Keeping this in mind some companies have a longer run without issues, but innovation does tend to cause some problems as some point.

Classic Army had a period for a year or two (2006-2008 I believe) where their quality control was worthless. They were sending out junk. The parts that were being put into their guns were breaking left and right and causing some really bad P&R. Luckily the found their faults and released the 2009 models of their AEG's. These are superb guns and are arguably the best quality AEG for the money of 2009. I'm not saying they beat every brand in every aspect, but their turn around was immense.

Some retailers still sell the old junky AEG's when people order so that they can try to get rid of them. Buying local helps greatly in this fact because, to my knowledge, all of the major Ohio retailers sell the nice '09 versions and will go out of their way to get you one instead of low balling you with crap. Always ask if you are recieving an '09 when you order if you are unsure.

I've had several Classic Army guns over the last 3 years and got rid of everyone of them. Utter garbage for what it costs to to keep them runing you may as well buy systema.
