We Tech, great or crap?

I bought a WE Tech Hi Capa. I took it over to my friends house to test out. I had two 8 oz canisters of Firepower silicon added green gas with me. We completely emptied one canister, then went to go to the next one. I filled my magazine up with gas and shot about 6 times and then the slide went back and released all of the gas. Ever since this happened My magazine wont hold gas for more than 7 shots no matter how much gas i put in. This happened only about 4 days after i bought the gun. I am never going to buy from WE Tech again.

I use a WE M1911 and it has been very reliable. Perhaps you've gotton a faulty gun. If you're looking for an answer to your problem, it seems like you have a valve problem. See if you can get another magazine and try it out.

If you run green gas consecutively say one to two mags under 50 degres that will happen let the mag warm up before refill say in your pocket .and yes in genral WE are very good guns

Well, it was snowing outside when i shot it, but i did wait about 2 weeks with it in my warm room to shoot it again.

Is still leaking is the mag getting cold when firing its possible one of your o ring slipped or compressed. most likely the fill valve

If this doesnt work, try getting a new mag. Because, this doesnt sound like an actuall gun problem as much as a valve or mag problem.

Ya, I checked all my valves and I couldn't find it so imma just buy a new magazine. Thanks.

I have 5 WE 1911's that have been pretty reliable, I have one mag that has failed at the small plastic piece that locks to fill (i.e. it is between the spring and the pellets)

and I have one that has a bad O ring... not bad out of 10 total mags that I abuse often.
